RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out & returns are needed. We hope to make your return and exchange process as easy as possible for you.
Please review our return policy below carefully.
A completed Return Form MUST be mailed in with returned or exchange items.
All items must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke, perfume & deodorant free
All Returns postmarked within 14 days of date received will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Returns postmarked within 15-30 days of date received will receive a store credit only.
All returns will be processed within 5 business days.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method with a tracking number so you can make sure your return items makes it back to us.
We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
Due to the limited quantity and the fast turn around of our inventory, we can't guarantee the item you are wanting to exchange for will still be available when your return reaches us. If you are needing a different color / size in an item, you can either
1.) Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 14 days) for a refund.
2.) Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
3.) write in the note section on the return form what item, size and description you would like to exchange the item for and we will do our best to send you the new item. but if the item is not available we will send you the store credit to your email and you will then be able to pick out any item.
Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:
We do our best to avoid errors… but we are still human. Please contact us immediately at hello@LondonBridgesClothing.com & provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective item. Or let us know the error. Please include your first and last name and order number so we can make it right with you.
